Asthma inhalers are of various types and are very effective in treating patients with asthma. Inhalers are not only easy to carry and use but also very useful for asthmatic patients of all ages. One of its best qualities is that the medication reaches the lungs directly and so is very rapid in its effect. While there are several types of inhalers, two of the most commonly used ones are meter-dosed and powdered inhalers.
